The practical questions before booking.
How long until I see proofs?
Within 5 working days as a private gallery. You select your favourites; we deliver retouched finals within a further 5 working days. Tight deadlines (e.g. press launches) — flag at booking and we can usually compress to 48-72 hours for an additional same-week fee.
How many edited shots do I get?
Headshots: 10 retouched finals from a 60-90 minute session. Brand shoot: 30+ retouched finals from a half-day. Content day: 50+ finals plus selects from the wider take. You get every shot you choose — there's no hidden tier between "selects" and "delivered".
Do I own the photos?
You get a perpetual commercial licence for unlimited use across web, social, print, paid ad, and editorial. Studio retains the copyright (so we can show samples in our portfolio with your permission). For full copyright transfer or exclusive licences, talk to Mike — bespoke arrangement.
Can you shoot at our office or on location?
Yes — most brand shoots happen partly in-studio for controlled portraits and partly on location for environment / lifestyle. London-zone-1-and-2 covered in standard pricing; further afield (M25 and beyond) is travel-time on top.
What's included in 'retouching'?
Standard retouching: skin-tone evening, blemish removal, stray-hair cleanup, white-balance + exposure, colour grade matched to your brand. Heavier work (composites, background swaps, body-shape edits) is bespoke and quoted separately — talk to Mike if you need it.
