Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?

Mid-month: change takes effect at the next billing date. Mid-billing: pro-rata upgrade is fine; downgrades are next-month. No fees either way.

How is membership billed?

Monthly recurring via Stripe. Card or direct debit. Invoice format on request for VAT-registered companies.

What if I need more than my tier's hours in a single month?

Additional hours bill at the member rate (£35–40/hr depending on tier — significantly below the public £50/hr). No surge pricing.

Can I share my membership with a co-host or business partner?
